  • Solution Architect for a Digital Process Safety Management project for a large Middle East petroleum and natural gas company. 
  • Technical Business Consultant for the Digital Transformation of a national Exploration and Production company. Involved implementation of KPIs to deliver projected value. My participation was written into the contract.
  • Business Consultant for an upstream oil and gas Remote Operations and De-manning study.
  • Technical Manager for an Asset Performance Management project using Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning implemented across all business lines for a Middle East integrated energy producer.
  • Solution Architect for multi-site Refining, Trading and Energy logistics project in Europe.
  • Managed Migration Planning for legacy systems in Sweden, Poland, New Zealand and Colombia.
  • Program Manager for delivery of a $10MM Multi-vendor Refining MES project in UAE.  Client requested my assignment to this role to manage system delivery. Exceeded expectations, successfully meeting deadlines for SAT completion with over 100 SAT sessions, for 18 application streams serving up to seven locations.
  • Engineered Performance KPIs for 13 sites of Refining, Petrochemicals and Polymers from plant to boardroom in India.
  • Acted as Technical Project Manager for offshore Oil and Gas Analytics project in Norway.
  • Provided Consulting and Master Planning for operational and enterprise level systems for LNG in Canada.
  • Managed the technical implementation of a three refinery MES project in Argentina.
